Mike started his business career with Pillsbury Grocery Products as an Account Manager, after his commitment in the military. Mike was introduced to the world of Candy as a Territory Manager for Bazooka Bubble Gum, and from 1979 – 1995, Mike worked for two brokerage companies, thus learning the brokerage business. In 1995, Mike created Perfetti Sales and Marketing, which has been a highly recognized and reputable brokerage company in the Chicago Market.
Mike is proud that his company has succeeded through the years, but takes most pride in the people that surround him. Mike’s reputation is second to none, and he has provided a solid business atmosphere, which helps his Principals flourish.
Joe joined Perfetti Sales and Marketing in 2001 after completing his education. Starting out as the receptionist, he moved on to customer service, retail sales, headquarter sales, and ultimately Vice President of Sales, focusing his efforts on managing the business of Walgreens and Kmart.
Joe Perfetti grew up in the brokerage business. As a young man, he frequently accompanied his father to Food Shows, Seminars, out-of-town ECRMs, and naturally and logically gravitated toward his current position. Joe has traveled extensively to Europe and Hong Kong as well as within the United States, to cultivate and enhance Perfetti’s import business. Starting from the ground up has given Joe the ability, knowledge and opportunities to create, develop and nurture the relationships that are solid, and honorable.

Kristin recently joined our team, beginning her business career with RJ Reynolds. At RJ Reynolds, she was a Territory Manager where she worked over 200 accounts in the C-Store channel. Kristin has experience with helping increase business owner’s sales, inventory control, promotional planning, and merchandising. She takes pride in establishing true partnerships and working cohesively as a team.
